In the heart of the Beaujolais our white juice black Gamay grapes get their strengh from south/south-east gentle slopes of clay and clay limestone.
This harmonious and full bodied wine is aged in oak barrels to produce our special vintage "de garde". Ruby coloured, it offers an elegant aroma of blackcurrents and redberries.

Serve at cellar temperature : 13°C, 52°F.
Recommended associated dishes : hors d'oeuvres, grilled meals, or simply for pleasure.

From the summer when grapes have drawn on a maximum of fruit and character, Beaujolais Nouveau amazes by its fresh strengh and yet its complexity.
With a bright cherry red robe, it enjoys redfruits aromas of berries and cherries. The Nouveau is not only a "primeur", ie a wine of the year but it benefits from a very specific vinification process.

Ideal serving temperature is 12/14°C, 50/54°F.
Recommended associated dishes : Anytime, Anywhere !

The Beaujolais Nouveau is marketed every year from the 3rd Thursday of November.
